Sr. Finance Manager/Business Manager

Responsibilities:

 

·  Responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis function in support of the CFO

 

·  Coordinate and consolidate the budget and operating plan

 

·  Maintain company financial model

 

·  Fully understand and explain the company’s actual to budget performance

 

·  Provide company and departmental actual to budget reporting and analysis

 

·  Maintain projections for full year performance

 

·  Support monthly close and reconciliation

 

·  Assist with audit process and with Sarbanes Oxley testing

 

·  Assisting with the preparation of 10Q and 10K as needed

 

·  Ensure install to bill reconciliation

 

·  Review and approve purchase orders

 

·  Support divisional CEO and CFO in preparing for meetings with corporate CFO and CEO

 

·  Prepare analysis and financial models in support of strategic initiatives

 

·  Provide analysis as required

 

·  Provide day to day guidance and management for divisional finance staff at the Westborough location

 

·  Participating in special projects as required

 

 

 

Qualifications:

·  Must have a degree in accounting or finance, MBA or CPA a plus.

 

·  At least ten years of financial analysis experience

 

·  A self starter with an ability to work independently and as a team player

 

·  Strong analytical skills

 

·  Strong presentation and communication skills

 

·  Strong financial modeling skills

 

·  Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, and Power Point,

 

·  Strong problem solving skills
