Sr. Financial Analysis

Large company with excellent growth and stability seeks a bright and self directed professional for a Sr. Financial Analyst. Position entails budgeting and financial analysis to support growth of business and functional leaders. Responsibilities:Prepare financial budgets Lead and develop expense reductions and unit cost analysis Support pricing analysis to Business Development as required Provide strong financial support to functional departments Responsible for monthly financial reporting such as volume reporting, client profitability reporting, expense reporting and other source book information Calculate variable incentive compensation payments Prepare monthly analysis of financial results Provide financial analysis to support financial decisions such as processor change, product enhancements.Lead initiatives to automate financial reporting QualificationsBachelors degree Excellent PC, MS Access or database skills 3+ years Financial analysis experienceMust be willing to submit to drug, fingerprint and background check MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACTDesired attributes Self starter, well organized and able to operate independently Able to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
