Honeywell Aerospace, Air Transport & Regional (AT&R) Airlines is a $3.0B+ global business that is responsible for the aftermarket spare parts and repair & overhaul services in support of mechanical engines, mechanical components, electrical components and systems, and wheels & brakes.  This position will serve as finance leader of a $940M global product line for Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Plan (STRAP), forecast, and quarterly outlook processes and will also lead the Americas region program Estimate at Completion (EAC) process.  This finance position will provide financial analysis support to leadership and participate in the development of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial presentations.  This role will serve as a finance liaison to multiple sites as well as to Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Sales & Marketing, and the Controllers organization.Responsibilities include: Finance leader of $940M global product line across multiple sites Lead the program EAC process for the Americas region Provide ad hoc analysis and communicate to leadership and cross functional teams Ability to develop solid working relationships across organizational or functional boundaries with the ability to influence those outside of the direct reporting relationship Consolidate multiple sites monthly and quarterly sales and margin results, provide analysis by customer, market segment and/or product Participate in the development of the Airlines America management operating system and key measurements/metrics Develop and/or support multiple finance activities, including AOP, STRAP, quarterly outlooks and monthly reporting of financial results Report and submit EssBase and Hyperion requirements as requiredBasic Qualifications/Required:·  Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline·  7 plus years of directly related accounting/finance experience Preferred Qualifications:MBA or CPA preferred Leadership skills, strong business acumen and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong process improvement skills Experience with EssBase, Hyperion, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and across functional groups Able to handle multiple tasks with ambiguous workload Attention to details and accuracy of reported results within tight deadlines Strong time management and prioritization skills Positive attitude, self directed and proven change agent Ability to meet tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to be proactive in identifying issues along with corrective actions
