Sr. Financial Analyst/Finance Manager - Outstanding Organization!!

We are currently seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented Sr. Financial Analyst for a growing organization located in North Orange County. Our client is a leader in their industry and offers a business casual environment.The primary responsibilities will include the preparation and analysis of all financial reporting and budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, strategic planning and will work with external auditors, including the preparation of support schedules. Specifics types of analysis to include, but will not be limited to Cost to Acquire, Competitive, Compensation, Cost/Benefit and P&L. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field (MBA preferred) and 5 or more years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, preferably in a medium to large sized company. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is also preferred. Must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
