The Senior Financial Analyst is a member of the Nielsen Corporate Global Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is a fast paced, high performing team that performs the overall financial planning & analysis activities for the $5B revenue producing Nielsen Company. Responsibilities include: Annual preparation of the Financial Plan for the Corporate Staff areas Plan Vs actual performance analytics for Corporate Staff spending Support development of the Nielsen Annual Operating Plan and monthly variance analysis Plan vs. Actual and vs. Prior Year Manage Corporate allocation process Support preparation of Executive Presentations for Internal Management and Board meetings Support headcount reporting and analysis Support cost containment programs Support orders reporting / revenue analysis Support CapEx councilQualifications1. Preparation and analysis of financial information that explains business results. 2. Ability to deal with finance associates across different cultures and geographies.3. Develop and implement creative solutions to drive improved quality, timeliness and control within the company s financial planning processes.
