Sr. Internal Auditor

Responsibilities

Work with high-growth clients and other market leaders in industries such as retail, consumer products, financial services, insurance and health sciences. Plan and perform audit procedures involving significant knowledge of internal audit techniques; serve as an advisor for the engagement team; and assist in the preparation of the final report.

Maintain a strong client focus by effectively serving client needs and developing productive working relationships with client personnel. Stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the client's business. Deliver high-quality client service by directing the daily progress of fieldwork.

Display teamwork, integrity and leadership. Support colleagues and value others' contributions. Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment. Provide constructive on-the-job feedback and coaching.

Utilize technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance the delivery of services.


Qualifications To qualify, candidates must have:



a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field; MBA preferred

a minimum of 4 years of related audit or applicable business experience; 2 or more years of public accounting experience preferred

a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience would be acceptable for those holding a relevant graduate degree

CPA/CA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CMA, RICS APC, PMP or CCIM certification desired; non-certified hires are required to become certified to be eligible for promotion to Manager

strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skillsdemonstrated integrity, values, principles, and work ethicproficiency with MS Office and Lotus NotesSuccessful candidates must be available to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. Second language skills and international business experience are preferred.
