We are currently looking for a qualified Accounting and Finance Senior Manager to work with our consulting and audit group.

The successful candidate will be a true entrepreneur with a passion for developing and growing an accounting & finance consulting practice. The Sr Manager of Accounting and Finance will build an outstanding team to ensure exceptional service delivery to the client. Success will require a hands-on individual not afraid to roll up their sleeves. They will also have a proven track record ofwinning business.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· Practice development experience

· Demonstrated success in internal audit consulting practice management and administration experience

· Start-up/high growth exposure and orientation

· Asst Controller/Audit Mgr at $500M plus revenue business

· Proven business development expertise

· Consulting services sales experience

· 5+ years professional experience, with several years of people and project management experience

· Bachelor's degree

· CPA/CIA Certification-professional designation strongly desired

· Consulting experience is required

· 2+ years Big 4/Grant Thornton

· Superior written and oral communication skills

· MBA or graduate degree strongly preferred
