Sr. Manager - Internal Audit (2008075)

The Sr. Manager of Internal Audit will report to VP of Finance and will be responsible for all aspects of Internal Audit and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape process decisions, define and execute internal control testing programs and identify, define and execute internal audits around the world with an aim of improving operating effectiveness and cashflow. We seek someone who has proven experience in the fields of internal audit and Sarbanes, takes a practical approach to problem solving, is a self starter and has an eye for operational excellence. Duties and Responsibilities:

* Own all aspects of the Sarbanes Oxley program, including process evaluation, testing and reporting.

* Design, develop and execute internal audits designed to improve operational performance, identify costs savings and improve organizational effectiveness.

* Establish, maintain and promulgate internal control policies and procedures.

* Act as a project manager for the Sarbanes, interacting with the IT, HR, Sales, Operations and Accounting departments to ensure cross functional execution.

* Maintain relationship with external auditors and jointly with the corporate controller oversee the annual Sarbanes audit

Requirements:

* Prior experience in a similar position with a technology company

* B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance

* CPA or equivalent, MBA preferred

* Minimum of 5 - 8 years experience in progressive accounting or internal control roles

* Mix of public accounting and industry experience preferred

* Extensive knowledge of current Sarbanes Oxley requirements

* Proven leadership and communication skills

* Strong team player, driven, results-oriented individual
