Sr. Manager and Financial System & Reporting

General Description: You will be the system administrator for the Company’s financial software applications.  Integrate the financial data into the data warehouse along with migration of standard management reports to our Corporate reporting.  Ensure data integrity of management financial reports.  Manage four people. You will direct the handling of the ad hoc management report development, generation, and distribution process. Examples of Essential Functions:  Manage the temporary maintenance of the financial data warehouse until required data has been successfully migrated into the Company’s Enterprise Data Warehouse. Create and maintain management reports using several system applications. Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of weekly and monthly management financial reports. Work with Accounting to ensure consistency in reporting between actual and budgeted financial results. Manage and assist with the transition of “standard” management reports to the Company’s enterprise reporting platform once the necessary data is available within the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Assist Executive and Senior Management in providing ad hoc data under shortened timelines. Lead multiple departments to ensure data integrity and data consistency of financial reports. Manage projects end-to-end, from requirements capture to implementation. Review operating results to identify areas of opportunity. Assist in maintaining the structural design of the Company’s forecasting and budgeting tools.
