Sr. Manager needed

 

Primary Responsibilities:Manage all phases of an audit for public and private clients; provide guidance and expertise Research complex and specialized accounting and auditing issues Originate new ideas and business solutions that result in exceptional service to existing clients Establish the expectations of the engagement and monitor client accounts including billing, fee analysis, and opportunities for new service development; demonstrate a deep understanding of the client’s industry Assist with the career development of team members, both as a mentor and as a trainer during in-house, continuing professional education presentations Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback and training

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, plus 8 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm CPA certification SEC experience strongly preferred, but not required Applied working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS and PCAOB Auditing Standards Excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required, as well as excellent supervisory and project management skills
