Sr. Payroll Administrator Carson/ Gardena Area

Required Minimum Qualifications/Experience
 

5 years recent payroll processing experience including:

· ADP PC/Payroll for Windows (“PCPW”) (Version 5.1 or 5.2; other ADP products will not be considered).

· Minimum frequency pay cycle of weekly or semi monthly for 500 employees or more, of which at least 50% are hourly (non-exempt).

· Multi-state payroll processing, including new state set-up

· Full charge responsibility for personally processing payroll start to finish, including all new hires, terminations, overtime calculations and change transactions (rate changes, garnishments, voluntary deductions, etc.)

· Performing both pre and post transmission audits using ADP Preview and related ADP PCPW audit tools to ensure payroll accuracy.

· Experience accurately importing and exporting data via Excel files.

· Experience performing year-end payroll close processes (W-2 generation, special transmissions, etc.)

The successful candidate will also have a demonstrated track record of extraordinary attention to detail, high accuracy with numbers and prior experience performing payroll in a solo or limited staff environment.  Experience with helping payroll function comply with Sarbanes Oxley requirements is a highly desirable plus.
