Sr. Process Analyst Fin/Acctg

Warner Bros. Entertainment is currently seeking a Sr. Process Analyst Fin/Acctg to join its Corporate Projects department. This is an exciting opportunity to help Warner Bros. look for ways to best utilize its resources and create efficiencies. We are targeting individuals with strong core skills in project management, communication, analytics, and change management. Successful candidates include those that flourish in a project environment, have previous experience in a functional finance and accounting operation, and are extremely flexible.

 

Some of the job responsibilities that the ideal candidate can expect include:Document process maps and Statements of Work. Help to establish metric gathering/performance reporting; track performance and ensure business viability of service levels. Reconcile projected resource baseline with actual utilization.

· Perform capacity and demand planning with PMO. Forecast customer demand for all in-scope and new services. Coordinate services, projects, and plans within BU to ensure priorities are addressed. Organize and manage training materials. Proactively advises management of slippage or potential delays / quality issues. Documents contingency plans. Participates in all workshops/meetings; prepares proper documentation for communication of results, as appropriate. Oversee deployment staff activities on behalf of Process Lead. Responsible for tracking open issues, ensures timely resolution and/or escalation. Review and monitor change management process and escalation procedures. Assist with work plan creation, administration and reporting. Create testing materials, monitor and report on results. Participate in regular service reviews; manage and audit performance and productivity relative to Service Levels. Interface with Financial Management to analyze performance outcomes for Performance Credits/Earn-backs. Facilitate baseline review / update processes. Coordinate Super User activities.

 

Desirable candidates will have the following qualifications:Bachelor’s DegreeCPA, PMI, and or Six Sigma certifications Previous experience in a finance and accounting operationPrevious experience in process design, development, re-engineering, and implementation Previous consulting experienceExperience in identifying problems and conducting a root cause analysisExcellent project management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsKnowledge of SAP and MS OfficeAbility to communicate effectively and tactfully with people on all levels Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced, high pressure, high volume environmentFlexible team player and a motivated, confident self-starter
