Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant position is a dynamic and multi-functional role, sharing duties between accounting and purchasing. The ideal candidate will be self motivated and able to handle confidential business information and materials. 

Responsibilities: Manage monthly account reconciliation and analysis. Prepare journal entries for monthly close. Record miscellaneous daily cash transactions. Record cash deposits. Record advertising and other revenue creating invoices and maintain customer receivables. Overtime when required.

Qualifications: 3+ year’s general accounting experience. Experience in accounts receivable and billing a plus. Working experience with Great Plains, FRx or similar accounting systems. Superior Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Word.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
