In this newly created position you will handle accounting and reporting for a large portfolio of managed and joint venture communities in various stages of development. This position will be responsible for monthly journal entries and supporting schedules, general ledger account reconciliations, account analysis, bank reconciliations, preparation of international financial statements and monthly owner reporting packages and year-end and quarterly audit assistance.
