Staff Accountant

 

SCOOP, “The Ultimate Closet”, seeks a Staff Accountant at our corporate office.  Candidate will be responsible for applying principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Prepare and maintain monthly recurring journal entries; Prepare reports and analyze budgets, financial plans, business forecasts and statistical reports; Prepare balance sheets, profit loss statements; Coordinate implementation of accounting systems; Prepare federal, state and local reports.  Requires a high level of organization and must possess strong financial and analytical skills.  Qualified Candidate must have at least 3 years experience.  MAS90 and Excel experience required.  Retail background a plus.
