Staffing Sales

The Latitude Group is a sales organization that specializes in staffing professional resources at Fortune 1000 organizations throughout the U.S.  We are establishing a stronger focus into the accounting and finance area within our customers, and will be looking to establish additional customers.

The candidate we hire will have an entreprenuerial spirit, be able to build a business line from the ground up, and have some knowledge of the staffing and recruiting industry (especially in the accounting and finance area). We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, professional image and interest in developing a business line and growing and managing that business segment.  You will need to demonstrate strong business experience and relationship building experience. You should have excellent phone and meeting skills, and be able to present yourself professionally to customers, target customers and candidates. You will need to be able to establish and meet/exceed projected and established revenue targets and other agreed upon goals.
