The Secretary of State is seeking applicants for a State Auditor 4. The State Auditor 4 (SA-4) organizes and conducts comprehensive audits of various state agencies, including the largest, most complex or sensitive audits or those that require specialized technical skills. The SA-4 is responsible for directing large complex audits and/or for concurrently directing one or more audits.  The SA-4 may direct an audit team or teams in performing financial, compliance, performance, and/or information technology audits and fraud investigations by examining, reviewing, and evaluating management operations, fiscal and accounting functions or systems, information systems general and application controls and/or internal controls of state agencies or local governments and/or private organizations that receive state funds. 

 

Salary is $4,991-$7,350 monthly.
