We are currently recruiting a Senior Financial Management professional to develop business cases for a series of process improvement projects.  This professional is going to be relied upon to analyze a current business cycle, identify the optimal way to complete the business process, identifying the road map to achieve the desired “future state” and most importantly deduce the cost savings and/or revenue generated by employing the process improvement initiative. 

Requirements include:  Bachelor’s Degree a must, MBA or various professional certifications strongly preferred.  Six Sigma Black or Green Belt highly desired.  Proven ability to develop complex financial models to support “go” or “no go” decisions using calculations such as NPV and IRR.  Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
