Supervisor, Customer Administrative Services

 

 

South Jersey Gas in Folsom, New Jersey (located between Philadelphia and Atlantic City) has an immediate opportunity to join its Customer Care Center in this newly revised position.

 

Your responsibilities include: Reviewing and analyzing Large Commercial Accounts billing to ensure accuracy an compliance with the company’s tariff; reconciling G/L accounts for industrial customers and marketers; coordinate billing information with multiple internal departments; evaluating outside payment agencies, monitor their performance and make recommendations on new vendors as necessary; develop departmental training agenda and train employees on responsibilities of their position; maintain Customer Accounting Procedures Manual; ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance as it relates to customer billing/accounting.

 

Qualified candidates should possess: Minimum of an Associates Degree; three years in Accounting related discipline; prior experience working with tariff is highly recommended; exceptional communication, analytical and computer skills are required; prior supervisory experience (preferably in a union environment) recommended.
