Supervisor - Fund Financial Services

As a Supervisor, you will:
- Manage one team within the unit: Hire, set goals and standards, train and mentor, evaluate performance, oversee daily operations, and develop quality measures.
- Quickly and accurately resolve cash and asset breaks in accordance with established service levels.
- Ensure that key internal controls exist and operate effectively.
- Implement changes to current department procedures that will strengthen internal controls, enhance efficiency and maximize the usage of technology.
- Ensure that all documentation for systems-related processes, procedures and work flows is current and readily available.
- Identify trends and contribute to appropriate risk-reduction and process-improvement projects.
- Lead Vanguard Unmatchable Excellence process improvement initiatives.

Position Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum of three years of business-related experience; some prior supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Fund Accounting procedures.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work additional hours when needed.
