This candidate will report directly to the Manager, U.S. Tax Planning & Audits and will be primarily responsible for assisting the Manager with all aspects of the U.S. federal income tax audit and all state income tax and sales & use tax audits. In addition, this candidate will have:"Involvement in the preparation and analysis of quarterly and year-end federal, state and international income tax provisions"Involvement in the preparation and review of the U.S. consolidated federal and state income tax returns"Participation in various aspects of U.S. and foreign tax planning and special projects"Candidate must have three to five years of tax related experience; prior experience with U.S. federal and state income tax audits is preferred.
