Systems Business Analyst

This position will have responsibilities related to financial / project reporting and analysis.  We anticipate that this person will be leading many initiatives around our BI / Reporting capabilities. 

Requirements:

· Information Systems or Computer Science undergrad degree with a business emphasis preferred.  A degree in finance or accounting is also acceptable, if the person has relevant IS background.

· Advanced skill level of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications

· Two plus years of business intelligence reporting experience.  Oracle Discoverer and/or Oracle XML Publisher preferred

· Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL query development

· Specific knowledge of general accounting principles, financial statement preparation, financial statement auditing and account reconciliation helpful

· Strong time management skills

· Ability to work in a team environment and report to multiple people

· Must be able to deal with confidential and sensitive information and maintain the confidence of others

· Effective oral and written communication skills

· Critical thinking ability
