TAX SUPERVISOR

Our Fond du Lac office is seeking a Supervisor to join their Tax Department. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing highest quality professional services to our clients and explaining to them the results of our tax work, reports, and recommendations. This individual will be completing multiple tax returns, working with clients to identify and resolve tax concerns, and ensuring compliance with local, state, federal and international tax law. In addition, they will be involved in tax planning and research for clients.

Supervises and directs Seniors and Staff Accountants.  The Supervisor is responsible for the continued advancement of the Firm both through individual work performance, professional associations and community contacts. Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 4 - 7 years of public accounting experience required. A CPA license is required. Other desirable qualifications include: being detail oriented, able to proofread and review past and present work and make corrections or recommendations; research capabilities; supervision experience.
