TREASURY ANALYST

Carpinteria company seeks a TREASURY ANALYST.  The duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Administering day to day cash activity in the U.S. and EMEA cash pools such as wire transfers, investments, foreign exchange Administering the global bank systems, bank and investment accounts and monitoring for SOX compliance Assists in the administration of global stock plans including reporting, data integrity, allocation of shares and relationships with external parties Administers cash flow forecasting on a worldwide basis including reporting to senior management Team member on a variety of special finance projects and serves as a consultant within the company on treasury related matters Assists with debt compliance and FX risk management Other duties as assigned Qualifications: BA in Economics/Finance/Accounting or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years experience with finance related matters required with a minimum of 1 year of cash management and 1 year of stock plan administration experience preferred Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) Bank transfer system, MS PowerPoint and database application skills preferred Strong attention to detail and a desire for quality work Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent benefits.Please email resume in MS Word format along with salary history.Only those authorized to work in the U.S. need apply.www.aiopportunities.com  Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
