Tax Associate: Prestigious Hedge Fund

 

Tax analyst opportunity within a top tier alternative investment firm.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Analysis of all related tax issues for a multi strategy hedge fund

· Ensure tax compliance with all relevant taxing authorities

· Review complex individual, trust, partnership and corporate returns. 

· Tax research projects as requested by senior management

· Co-ordinate with key heads of departments to advise on tax-related process improvements

 

Requirements:

 

· Accounting degree with 3 years experience in taxation

· Big 4 firm experience, financial services industry exposure preferred.

· Knowledge of partnership tax returns

· Strong Excel skills, experience working with Geneva a plus

· Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
