Ideal candidates would have background of, but not limited to: collection of monthly financial and occupancy reports, compare data to underwritten and budgeted results, responsible for learning about low-income housing tax credit program, and assisting in preparing internal management reports on property performance, while providing data for quarterly investor reports. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, as well as work cooperatively in a team environment. Ability to work well under pressure is highly desired.
