Tax Manager - Corporate Tax Manager - CPA



Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC) one of the fastest growing Hispanic multi-media companies seeks a corporate tax manager.  Responsibilities include preparing the quarterly tax provision, reviewing and enhancing procedures and processes, and communicating and coordinating between the finance department and the external tax preparers.  In addition, the individual would have the opportunity to be involved in mergers and acquisitions, tax compliance, miscellaneous tax issues, and financial reporting for a publicly traded Company.

 

Qualified candidates must be a CPA with a minimum of 5 years of public accounting tax experience and have experience with FAS 109, including deferred taxes, temporary and permanent differences and tax provision calculations.  Strong excel, organization and communications skills are required.  FIN 48 experience is a plus.  Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
