The successful candidate will utilize a strong tax background and excellent analytical skills to coordinate all tax reporting, planning, and compliance. Job Description:·  Prepare tax paperwork and coordinate tax planning for state and foreign transactions; prepare tax returns on a local, state, and federal level·  Work first-hand with external auditors to ensure tax compliance with all applicable functions·  Perform all FAS 109 calculations and review business agreements for tax compliance and implications·  Perform credit analysis and additional ad-hoc analysis as needed Job Requirements:·  5 or more years tax compliance or planning experience·  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA a plus·  Excellent understanding of local, state, and federal tax regulations·  Strong analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret and evaluate complex financial statements Our client is a high-growth Bio-Tech company that has more than doubled in size over the last three years and prides itself on a cohesive work-environment, personal-growth, and reward for achievement.
