Tax Manager with multi-state tax experience

High profile multinational seeking a State Income Tax Manager responsible for state income tax compliance, planning, audits and tax accounting.  Applicant must have a minimum of 5+ years experience in a large corporate tax environment, along with multi-state tax experience. Experience with unitary/combined state groups, FIN 48, FASB 109.  Undergraduate degree in Accounting. Masters in Tax preferred.
