Central NJ based $14.65 billion international manufacturer is looking for the following Professionals:

 

Director of Transfer Pricing - $150K-$200K base with 30% bonus

Senior Manager of Transfer Pricing - $113K-$150K with 25% bonus

         Key Responsibilities include:

o        Develop and implement Transfer Pricing Policy and Planning strategies

o        US & Non US Transfer Pricing Compliance

o        Review and analysis of Transfer Pricing strategies and risk

 

Director of Tax, Mergers and Acquisitions - $150K- $200K base with 30% bonus

         Key Responsibilities include:

o        Transactional tax planning including acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings and legal entity management

o        Develop tax planning on structures, validating research and analysis of all perceived and known tax implications for the company.

o        Manage post acquisition integration planning

 

Senior Manager of Tax Reporting - $113K-$150K base with 25% bonus

Manager of Tax Reporting - $97K-$125K base with 20% bonus

         Key Responsibilities include:

o        Ensure full compliance with SOX 404

o        US Federal Filings F1120

o        Prepare and analyze supporting documentation for special projects such as NOL updates, Sec. 199 Manufacturing Deduction, Uniform Capitalization (Sec. 263A), audit support

           

Senior Manager International Tax Planning - $113K-$150K base with 25% bonus

         Key Responsibilities include:

o        Monitoring and managing global ETR and cash taxes

o        Developing and implementing international tax planning initiatives including repatriation strategies, U.S. and cross-border international tax planning and mergers and acquisitions.

o        Coordination with the Treasury organization to monitor and evaluate strategies for tax efficient global cash deployment and debt utilization.

        

Senior Tax Accountant, International Tax - $65K-$80K base with 15% bonus

         Key Responsibilities include:

o        Prepare and assist in project management of international compliance team functions in order to timely and accurately file required US tax filings of Non US entities. 

o        Assist in the quarterly forecast of Non US entities creating US taxable income inclusions for estimated tax implications. 

o        Assist in the Non US FAS 109 reporting process.
