Within our Tax Practice, we are actively seeking individuals to work with our clients in a variety of areas related to tax compliance, consulting and planning. Positions are available throughout the Firm, and are subject to change regularly.

Though we do not have an opportunity currently available, we are always accepting resumes for Tax In-Charges where you will work with a team of professionals to assist clients with operational and control opportunities, as well assisting with staff development through reviewing staff work, offering constructive feedback and identifying areas of development. Project management responsibilities include tax research, managing time in relation to the engagement budget, as well as identifying new or expanded business opportunities.

Qualifications:Bachelors degree in accounting or related course studyCPA or CPA eligible2+ years of recent tax experience in public accounting Experience supervising staff on engagements Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proven ability to work independently as well as in a teamDemonstrated problem solving and project management skillsWe are also accepting resumes for Tax Managers, where you will lead a team of professionals to work through difficult tax and personnel issues with clients without compromising the clients’ relationship. You will participate in the formal proposal process, maintain control over all aspects of the engagement including budget, work product review, and staff development. You will also establish a formal practice development plan, including a network of potential business development contacts and sources.

Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting or related course studyCPA required 5+ years of recent tax experience in public accounting or consultingExperience motivating, leading, coaching and developing staffAbility to organize work effectively and meet deadlines Demonstrated problem solving and project management skillsStrong communication skills (written and verbal) Prior business development experience strongly preferredPrior audit experience strongly preferred***Internships and full time opportunities are available for current college students and recent college grads in January, June and August of each year.
