Tax Specialist - Strategic Tax Planning

Our Firm provides sophisticated tax planning and wealth preservation to closely held businesses and their ownership groups in the US and Canada.  We provide the opportunities for our tax analyst to review, analyze and evaluate our client’s financial information as well as researching relevant tax issues.  You will work closely with our Senior Tax Consultants to develop recommendations relative to our client’s structure and tax practices.  In addition, you will be responsible for preparing customized tax strategy reports with regard to the findings and recommendations.  You will provide critical support in the areas of personal and corporate tax issues.

 

Essential Qualifications:

 

·  CPA or J.D. required;

·  One plus years of practical experience with emphasis on corporate and personal tax related issues;

·  Other experience preferred would be in one of the following: auditing, business entity structure, asset protection, estate planning, succession planning and/or deferred compensation structuring;

·  The ability to display confidence, solid interpersonal skills;

·  Must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written English composition skills.
