Your ideas about finance can change the things we do, and the things we do can change the world.Job Description We have developed a strong and unique world-wide tax policy to support our rapidly growing and re-engineered businesses. Tax Specialists form part of the controllership and tax department, whose mission is to provide accurate, timely financial information on the company to management and tax authorities in the countries in which we operate. You will provide planning and consulting services, lead and implement projects, manage risks and balance business needs, support audits and compliances, and build productive working relationships within the Company. Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance. CPA and/or Masters In Taxation required. At least 7 years hands-on experience (public and/or industry) dealing with US International Corporate Income Tax issues and compliance. Understanding of US International Corporate Income Tax concepts and implications on a company's financial results. Understanding of worldwide corporate entity structures (subsidiaries, disregarded entities, etc). Some planning experience desirable. Ability to think analytically and develop solutions to issues. Knowledge or experience with FAS 109 (APB 23) desirable. Knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting requirements desirable. Current experience with Corptax software desirable. Some experience with SAP desirable. Good teamwork skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Willingness to travel domestically (10-15%).
