Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for supervising and directing a work team to ensure that our largest customers are billed accurately and on time each month. The Team Leader is also responsible for the management of the complex billing for the special contracts, wholesale, transportation and key customers. Works with various areas of the Company (Contact Center, IT, Regulatory, Gas Supply, Internal Audit, Finance and others) to identify and address potential issues that could threaten billing accuracy and timeliness.

 

 

Education and Experience Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred. Strong communication, analytical skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization is also required. Candidates must also be computer literate in employing E-Mail, Microsoft Office software; possess general knowledge of administrative code; rates; rules, and regulations for electric and gas services; understand work flow processes to effectively influence/communicate the need for development or modification of tools/training that support the Customer Service Process.
