Team Manager - Contact Center (Morgan Hill)

Rapidly growing Silicon Valley business services firm seeks Team Manager to lead multiple teams in our contact center.



Team Managers are responsible for providing motivational leadership and day-to-day supervision of contact center employees. Must meet specific operational goals while supporting teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement.


Responsibilities:

Ø  Develop, hire and measure employee performance to ensure employees are successful in meeting team goals

Ø  Monitor day-to-day operations to maximize results relative to key performance indicators

Ø  Partner with all business areas to lead change and improve processes

Ø  Support and model the company’s ethics and core values; hold employees accountable to the same standards

Ø  Create a rewarding, motivating and engaging employee environment

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Ø  Bachelor’s degree is preferred, equivalent experience and education will be considered in lieu of degree

Ø  3 or more years of management leadership experience and preference given to managing in a teamwork environment

Ø  Effective performance requires critical thinking, decision making and problem solving in order to focus on our customer needs and successfully manage employees

Ø  Proven leadership, human relations and communication  experience in providing direction, fostering open communications and building an organization

Ø  Demonstrated coaching skills; ability to build relationships and guide the development of operations team members

Ø  Ability to positively initiate, champion, prioritize and manage change in a fast paced performance driven environment

Ø  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

We are located at the southern end of Silicon Valley in Morgan Hill, just 10 minutes from Highway 85.
