This position is for the technical accountant who likes to be “in the knowâ€� and on the forefront of new accounting pronouncements. 

 

 

Financial Reporting Manager

 

Assisting in preparing and filing of SEC reports including Form 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and registration statements including writing footnotes for financial statements and MD&A and ensuring maintenance of supporting documentation.

 

Assist with accounting research activities to apply FASB pronouncements and assist other accounting groups with correct and timely implementation.

 

Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX 404) internal control documentation and coordination with external auditors, as it relates to this position.

 

Assist with review of monthly consolidations for the companies in accordance with GAAP.



Prepare and assist with preparation of monthly earnings reports for Senior Management meetings.

 

Assist with other responsibilities as required such as process management, evaluation of disclosures, and other duties commensurate with financial reporting objectives.

Analyzes and reviews the quarterly and annual financial reports.

Monthly and quarterly financial disclosures

Assists with the preparation of the annual report financial statements

Assists with the preparation of financial statement footnotes and related required disclosures.

Assists with Management Discussion and Analysis disclosures.

Analyzes and reviews financial information included in internal financial reports that are provided to the Board of Directors.

Works with external Auditors


BA Accounting
CPA or CPA Candidate
Public Accounting or comparable Public Company experience
