NO LIMITS.Job Description:In this position you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining technical curriculum for all NetSuite training courses as well as integrating new product releases and customer feedback into existing courseware. Developed curriculum will support instructor-led classroom and virtual classroom training, and self-paced e-Learning.Responsibilities: Work individually or as part of a cross-functional project team to design, develop, and release technical course materials (student guide, exercises, quick reference materials) for all audiences including customer, partner and employee. Develop standard and custom technical training (software application customization with server-side and client-side scripting, for example) in a modular format that can easily be updated, re-used and leveraged for all training delivery modes. Team with subject matter experts on the NetSuite application, gathering expertise to guide content development focused on learning initiatives. Deliver knowledge transfer of new courses to internal instructors including First Internal or First Customer Teaches, and support online and instructor-led training, as needed. Implement learning paths to support Technical roles (for example, Developer, Administrator) Support Certification program initiatives, as needed Manage distribution and versioning of all course materials.Qualifications: 7 – 10 years experience in software curriculum development Experience with Web Services and JavaScript is required. HTML a plus Solid experience with developing course materials, learning objectives, training aids, and hands-on exercises. Experience with MS Office and Adobe products for developing both eLearning and ILT course materials. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate ideas and information effectively, clearly and concisely. Proven experience with curriculum design principles and practices to include: adult learning theories, structured writing techniques, interactive training (ILT and virtual classroom), learning and e-learning design principles, and evaluation methods. Commitment to high quality in training materials adhering to CD standards, best practices and processes. Analysis of complex training challenges to present effective educational solutions. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple, on-going projects and adhere to project deadlines. Ability to establish excellent relationships with Delivery team as well as with Product Management, Tech Pubs and Support. Understanding of common business practices as related to ERP, CRM and Ecommerce. Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in an ASP environment is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software.
