Senior Accountant Prepare monthly journal entries for the deferred compensation and stock option plans. Prepare quarterly and annual general ledger account reconciliation. Manage the record-keeping, payout and account statement preparation of deferred compensation. Work closely with Payroll and Accounts Payable for year-end tax reporting; audit payroll files against tax withholding reports. Work closely with Human Resources, Payroll and the legal department to stay abreast of relevant rules and regulations and proposed changes. Provide research and analytical support Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred. Five or more years of accounting or finance experience. Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software. Good personal computer and business solutions software skills.
