Do you enjoy the long hours of AUDIT SEASON? Excellent opportunity to step out of Public and in to industry or Senior Accountant searching for Supervisory experience. Our client has recently begun searching for an Accounting Supervisor for the General Ledger team who will report to the Manager. They are not requiring industry expertise but the incoming must have an eagerness to develop and mentor staff.  The incoming will oversee the day to day activities of 2-3-direct staff accountants and will assist with the preparation of the financial statements. Candidates will have:  4-year Accounting 2 Public or 3-5 years corporate accounting including heavy GL experience, accruals, etc. CPA or CPA in process Assist in the month-end close process including the preparation and review of selected journal entries, schedules, reconciliations, balance sheet, income statement and cash flow Knowledge of GAAP required Experience with large ERP such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, etc. Good communication, organizational and written skills To be considered for this excellent opportunity, please forward a resume in word format to MManganaro@acsysinc.com Acsys.
