Top Law Firm seeks Management Level Finance Professional

Top Denver firm seeks a senior level Finance candidate to spearhead FP&A department. In this newly created, Director level position, chosen candidate will assist in defining the firm’s evolving culture, and will manage analysis, budgeting, planning and forecasting. Role is high visibility, and Director will make a significant impact on the future direction of one of Denver’s leading firms.

 

Director will partner with Accounting team and Practice Managers, and report directly to CEO, CFO, and Executive Committee. Our firm has experienced significant growth - both organic and through acquisition - and Analyst will be involved in ongoing valuation and M&A.

 

Requirements:

 An experienced legal industry professional – either through employment at a law firm or a professional services firm with law firm clients. 5-10 years of corporate finance and accounting experience. Proficient in analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.Must be an effective communicator and a skilled liaison. Must thrive in a high visibility, high impact role. Accounting or Finance degree.MBA, CPA or CFA preferred.
