Individual supports the customer-focused business cycle process by providing initial and on-going employee training. Responsible for developing standard training materials and assessment tools. Individual to work in conjunction with senior RC trainer to develop training plan to ensure effective and accurate processes in the revenue cycle areas (access, charge services, coding, billing and collections). Individual will create training materials and perform training. Works with Revenue Cycle Team members as areas of training are identified for regulatory requirements and quality assurance. Other responsibilities include leadership with a focus on modeling appropriate behavior and equipping & motivating the employee team to provide positive & memorable experience for the patient and/or their authorized & designated representative while ensuring that the organization is able to secure appropriate reimbursement for services provided. Performs all responsibilities in a manner that complies with the standards established by the organization, outside regulatory and accreditation agencies, and consistent with the Organizations Mission & Values, established protocols and commitment to exquisite customer service & continuous quality improvement. Performs other duties as assigned. Follows PPH rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws, and standards. Carries out the mission, vision, values, and quality commitment of PPH.
Minimum Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Education or related field Minimum Experience: 2 – 3 years of increasing revenue cycle experience strong communication skills evident by previous experience Preferred Experience: 4 – 5 years of increasing revenue cycle management; developing and coordinating learning programs Certification:HFMA, AAHAM, NAHAM and/or ASTD certifications preferred.
