Training Director

Dixon Hughes PLLC is the largest certified public accounting firm headquartered in the Southeast region, with total revenues over $200 million and more than 1,200 employees in 24 offices within seven states. The firm is headquartered in North Carolina with other offices and affiliated entities in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia.

 

Due to our tremendous growth, we have the following position available. Our Training Director will lead all aspects of the training function for a growing organization.  Provide development, delivery and  oversight coordination of the of training programs to enhance leadership, management and technical skills at all levels (Entry thru Sr. Management) for a large regional professional services firm headquartered in North Carolina.  Design and implement training curriculum, programs and policies using various instructional methods including instructor-led and e-learning to support the strategic objectives of the organization.  Evaluate effectiveness of training and implement improvements to ensure highest standards are met.

Experience in development and delivery of job specific, managerial and leadership development and training

Experience in needs assessment processes, training methodology, and evaluation

Professional Services Industry Experience

 

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required. 

Advanced degree in Adult Education/Learning, Human Resources, HRD, MBA or related field of study preferred.

SHRM and/or ASTD or related certifications preferred

 

Position will be located in North Carolina. This position requires some travel and reports to our Human Resources Director.
