The Training Manager develops and implements a firm-wide training curriculum with the assistance of firm leadership, management, human resources, administration, and technical departments. This person must be a self-starter with patience, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.  Experience in the development of training objectives, personal assessments, and the ability to develop and implement a training curriculum specifically geared towards adults is essential.

Specific experience and competencies required for this position are:Organizational development through the design and implementation of a strategic training plan;Foster and advance the leadership characteristics, marketing capabilities, and owner-like spirit of staff and managers;Develop and implement a training plan which emphasizes coaching and best-practices leadership for all supervisory staff members; Work closely with managers to develop individual training plans;Provide engaging and interactive training events;Train and enable technical subject matter experts to provide engaging training events; Information Technology competencies with Office Suite and Intranet technologies;RequirementsBA/BS in education or training - MS/MA in Adult Education preferred; Five or more years of cumulative experience in professional training at the adult level; Previous training experience at the corporate director-level.
