Primarily responsible for bank account administration, you will also maintain global bank account records, manage bank relationship management, provide backup to daily cash management and participate in various treasury projects. This position is not eligible for relocation. The responsibilities of the individual in this position include: Maintaining bank account documents and authorization records Processing accounts and services setup according to established policies/guidelines Monitoring bank charges and resolving disputes with banks Conducting regular bank reviews to ensure adequate operational support from banking partners Following industry trends in banking activities and reviewing and implementing appropriate new products/services Assisting with bank implementation and with daily cash management activities Serving as backup to Cash Manager Producing periodic reports on treasury operations Maintaining disaster recovery capabilities Participating in various treasury projects The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experience, including the following: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field 2+ years of corporate finance experience Excellent organization and communication skills Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements Detail orientation with high-level of accuracy and the ability to be self-motivated, result-oriented and reliable Proficiency with MS Office 2+ years of cash management experience preferred CCM/CTP certification a plus Cash management skills a plus Benefits: Life balance matters here.
