Responsibilities:

  Cash Management Forecasting -Consolidates collection and disbursement forecasts for the quarter from domestic business group collections groups, local based disbursements group and finance groups from international subsidiaries; based on forecast inputs, develops a cash forecast for the company Prepares variance analysis of actuals to forecast/budget and quarter end cash balance forecast. Provides analysis to enable corrective action where required. Participates in weekly meeting with CEO, CFO and Treasurer Manage movement of cash between operating accounts and investment account based on weekly forecast and daily cash position Investment Management – liaison with bank retained to manage investment portfolio Performance comparison against established benchmarks, and recommend actions to ensure optimum balance of required liquidity and optimum returns Trade Finance - Interfaces with banks to issue StandBy Letters of Credit and bank guarantees primarily for international customers to support equipment/service contracts. Prepares a quarterly Credit Facilities Report which consolidates details of all outstanding borrowing facilities and off-balance sheet exposures Provide expert advice to business group contract administrators as required on export LCs received from customers Credit Management - monitor and report performance against covenants for various debt facilities. Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages as required under the covenants. Initiate interest payments on a timely basis Assist Treasurer and CFO on formulation/amendment of various credit agreements as required Monitor, update and prepare analysis as required in connection with credit ratings with D&B, S&P and Moody's and develop relationships with analysts Reporting - responsible for preparation and review of analysis and schedules in connection with various SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K and 8-K) as they relate to treasury Assist Treasurer in preparation of various executive level presentations including for monthly operating reviews and quarterly board meetings Risk Management - formulation and execution of hedge contracts for minimizing FX rate and interest rate risks

 

Must Haves:

MBA with 10+ years experience, minimum 8 in treasury Strong understand of accounting principles and basic analytical methods
