  Treasury Manager for a Leading Company located in Montgomery CountyResponsibilities:  Responsible for all operational aspects of corporate treasury function (cash management, foreign exchange, bank operations, etc.***Complete daily cash management activities and transactions***Prepare and report daily cash positions***Prepare foreign exchange transactions for approval and execution**Prepare, report and manage cash budgets and forecasts**Coordinate and recommend foreign exchange hedging activities**Implement, maintain and document internal controls including all treasury policies and procedures, ensuring sox compliance***Establish, maintain and execute global cash and foreign exchange activities **Communicate effectively with management and colleagues on a worldwide basis, supporting their needs in a timely and effective mannerRequirements:BS in Accounting or Finance***5 + years of experience in treasury within a company with global operations**MBA or CTP a plus!
