VP Collateral Management & Valuations

 

Hands on management of a Collateral Management team within an investment bank

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Oversee the margin call process, portfolio reconciliations, and valuations

· Protect the firm’s franchise by providing operational support to a variety of complex trading activities

· Interface with Legal, Credit, Compliance, and Trading to improve the collateral management function

· Contribute to the on-going system and process improvements to support business volume growth and increased complexity

· Enforce the Bank’s policy on the provision of client valuation data.

· Manage the recruitment, training and development and performance management process for the team.

 

Requirements:

 

· Bachelors degree with 5-7 years experience leading a collateral management team

· Thorough knowledge of a wide range of derivative asset classes including Equity, Fixed Income, and Treasury

· Knowledge of ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes and PSA / ISMA agreements.

· Excellent management skills

· Relevant Securities Licenses
