VP Legal Entity Reporting / Financial Control

 

Financial reporting for a global investment fund.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Responsible for preparation of all quarterly and annual financial statements

· Supervise and facilitate the monthly accounting and reporting for multiple entities and SPV’s

· Responsible for all the Management Reporting Aspects

· Assist in external / internal audit

· Balance Sheet analytics


Requirements:

 

· 5 - 7 years experience in capital market products within a Broker/Dealer or Investment Bank. Experience in public accounting or internal control.

· BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required. CPA and/or MBA preferred.

· Strong technical accounting knowledge

· Financial statement preparation and consolidation process experience.

· Experience working with external accountants and the annual audit process

· Strong knowledge of accounting policies and procedures US GAAP (IAS GAAP is a plus).

· Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Visual Basic
