Job Description: Verifying, through recalculation and other analysis, reconciliation payment requests submitted by retail accounts. Investigate and resolve any retailer payment issues. Communicating issues and solutions to Supervisor. Respond to issues that arise from the payment Hotline Verify payments made to retail accounts for the pay by faxt program. Communicate with retail accounts about payment issues and/or adjustments Identify, develop and implement system and procedural efficiencies in the internal payment function.
