Vice President of Human Resources

The Siegfried Group, LLP, founded in 1988, is a high-growth, national professional services firm.  We are searching for a Vice President of Human Resources to lead our Corporate Human Resources organization. This position is based out of our National Corporate Headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware and will provide guidance and support to our Corporate HR Department and 19 locations across the US.

We are looking for a smart, sharp, committed, results-driven Human Resources executive to lead the HR function for 500+ employees and growing every day. The Vice President of Human Resources will be a member of the Firm’s Executive Team and will be responsible for assessing the needs of the organization and developing/implementing HR strategies that are aligned with the short and long-term objectives of the Firm.

Our HR strategy is a critical component of The Siegfried Group’s continued growth plan.

Reporting to the Firm’s CEO, our VP of Human Resources will be responsible for providing overall strategic HR leadership including: strategy across the US, coordination of strategies and tactics across the markets, oversight of initiatives and HR operations in the field, planning, budgeting, and measurement of results.

 • Possesses a deep understanding of the potential impact that the HR function can and should have on business results and a strong capability to drive alignment.

• Capable of  exhibiting a high degree of positive influence to direct, inspire and continue to develop a strong performing team of Human Resource professionals.
• Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in HR Leadership.

• Prior experience supporting an organization with a client base of Fortune 1000 companies and preferably in the professional services industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Bachelors degree required. Masters or MBA degree strongly preferred.

• Professional presentation.
